Making a Purchase…

Shopping at Arcade Crafts is easy. Just browse our online shop and add any items you wish to buy to your shopping cart. Once you have added all your items, go to ‘Checkout’ and your total will be calculated along with postage and packaging costs.

We currently only ship to UK addresses. We can deliver to an alternative address rather than your billing address.

Payments are processed through the secure website PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account as PayPal accepts one-off payments using most major credit and debit cards.

We can take orders over the phone if you would prefer. We accept payment via most major credit and debit cards. Please note the item name and price and call our shop on 01246 222560.

All prices are quoted in pound sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current rate.

On rare occasions there may be a discrepancy in stock levels meaning that an item you have order may be out of stock. If this happens the item will be removed from your order and a full refund will be given for that item. We will contact you via email or phone if this occurs.

Delivery:

Most items are shipped using Royal Mail First Class. Some bulky items may be delivered by Royal Mail’s Standard Parcels service to keep shipping costs at a minimum to you. Items that will be shipped via Standard Parcels are clearly marked in the item description as shipping may take slightly longer.

We aim to ship most items within 2 working days of payment being received. All items will be dispatched within 5 working days.

We try to keep our shipping costs to a minimum, therefore our postage charges are calculated using the weight of your items.

Privacy Policy:

We only collect details needed to process your order. No details will be passed on to third parties and we will only contact you when it is necessary to complete your order.

Returns:

Please contact us before returning any items.

To comply with your right regarding The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, items can be returned in their original condition within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund. Items in sealed packaging must be unopened. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the items. More information can be found at http://www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Faulty items can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund as required.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Please include a copy of your invoice, marking clearly which items you are returning.
